    I notice a manufacturing defect on my product

    Prior to shipping, all our products undergo a strict multi-step verification process to check against any defect so that you receive a flawless product.

    However, and on receipt of your order, if you notice traces of dirt or any impact not due to inappropriate use or neglected maintenance, you can contact our customer service team, who will respond to you as quickly as possible. Do not hesitate to add to your message any proof of defect (photo, video) so that we can best assist you.
